Healing
My major work is presented in the form of a three track EP that captures the complex process of moving forward and learning to leave the past behind. Across the tracks, I can be found singing main vocals. Other layers include, Isabella Sadler and Olivia Jones on backing vocals, Elliot Joel on the piano, Christopher Konstandaras on the violin, Jayden McCaughey on the electric guitar, Alex Sabotkovski on the acoustic guitar and Benjamin Tartak on the saxophone. To compose the songs, I got each instrumentalist to write their part to accompany my ideas, chord charts, lyrics and notes. This enabled them to use creative liberty to emotionally translate the intended feelings associated with the songs through personal interpretation. This resulted in an authentic and powerful performance that effectively accomplished my vision.
