  • Growing Pains

My project is a 3-track EP titled Growing Pains. It explores the complicated journey of achieving success as an artist—emotionally, musically, and socially. The first track, “Love was Gone,” features Olivia Jones (backing vocals), Steph Gulevski (bass guitar), and Chris Konstandaras (violin), and highlights the tension between love and ambition. The second track, “Coming Home Soon,” reflects on the sacrifices associated with performance; long nights on the road, away from family to achieve musical dreams. The final song, “Burnout,” delves into the struggle of overcoming emotional strain to achieve success in art.

This EP is my first thematic writing endeavour, presenting a new challenge. Each song flows seamlessly into the next, conveying a complex array of emotions through an easy-listening acoustic style.
