About the Artist
Kye Hallson is a 20 year old singer/songwriter from Shellharbour, NSW. Kye is a music student at UOW, and a multi-instrumentalist music teacher. He regularly performs in the Illawarra and surrounding areas at a range of different venues and events.

You’re Gone And Now
My EP is a 3-step condensed version of the stages of grief, Denial – Bargaining – Acceptance, specifically relating to a breakup. This idea is expressed in 3 individual acoustic-style songs. The instrumentation for this project consists of acoustic guitar, upright piano, electric bass, electric organ, VST drums and vocals (me). Lyrically I have expressed my anecdotal experiences over the past few months following the end of a relationship. This project has been a great outlet for my emotions and has inspired some of my favourite work to date.
